Reputation Management

Nothing stings more than a 1-star review.

Particularly if you don’t deserve it. It hurts way more than your feelings, however.

Non-deserving bad reviews erode your legitimate review standings, whether it’s in Google, Yelp, Facebook or wherever. My firm helps clients with managing the review process. We monitor the reviews and reply to them on your behalf, with your approval. When a suspicious review comes through, we contact you immediately and discuss the options. We don’t intend to mislead anyone, we just try to keep the playing field level. We have uncovered unscrupulous competitors “dogging” our clients. We’ve reported “anonymous” reviews whose intent is just to downgrade our client’s ranking. All of our actions are in compliance with the respective social media rules and guidelines. If you’re having problems with this or need ongoing support, please give me a call or send me a message.

One of the best of the worst reviews I’ve seen recently:
“We stopped by and it was too crowded so we didn’t go in.”
1-star rating

Reminds me of a Yogi Berra saying:
“No one goes there nowadays, it’s too crowded.”

You do what you do best, let me do what I do best, and we both make money!
